If you’ve found this page you’re very likely already an Orchid owner (or a very sneaky person), which means we’re extending to you, dear valued customer, Pistil BETA at a special early access price. You’ll get to help us to shape the final version of Pistil with your feedback, and you’ll get a free update to the full Pistil release (worth $129) when it launches.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your parcel is in motion. Once en route, estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for the EU/UK, and up to 10 business days for international customers. Delivery will be handled by DHL or UPS depending on your region.

While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, we’ll be working around the clock to get your Orchids out as quickly as possible.

Pistil will be available for download via email. We’ll be shipping updates constantly over the Beta programme, so keep checking your inbox, or our Discord, for updates.

You can request a return for your item within 30 days of receiving it, after chatting with our team. Email support@telepathicinstruments.com and we’ll get you sorted. However, if we see that you’ve only bought it to make some content on the internet, we might have to talk. That’s not cool.
