1. Warranty Coverage
Telepathic Instruments provides a limited warranty for the Orchid synthesizer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Warranty Period
- Main Unit (Orchid Synthesizer): 2 years from the original purchase date.

- Lithium-Ion Battery: 1 year from the original purchase date.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
- Defects in electronic components.
- Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
- Battery failure due to manufacturing defects (within 1 year).
4. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, cosmetic damage).
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
- Battery degradation due to normal usage.
- Damage due to using non-approved power adapters or accessories.
- Loss or theft of the product.
5. Warranty Claims & Repairs
To make a claim:
- Contact Telepathic Instruments Support at support@telepathicinstruments.com.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Ship the product to the designated repair centre (shipping costs may apply).
If the defect is covered under warranty, Telepathic Instruments will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost.
6. Limitations & Disclaimers
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Telepathic Instruments is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
